** Parts and call-outs cost extra, but we will advise of these before proceeding and if you prefer you can even buy the parts yourself and we can fit them for you.

Our professionals can talk you through tasks and can even log on remotely and solve your problems... just as if we were sitting beside you. They can also visit you at your home or office, at a time convenient to you.

Due to being based in Northern Ireland, you will be speaking with a "Local Expert". If a site visit is required we can be with you in a short period of time. Additionally you won't have to speak with foreign support agents, who can often be difficult to understand and very frustrating to deal with.

In most cases once our agents contact you, your request for help will be solved within an hour and often within minutes (unless a site-visit is required).
