GoodVibe IT Computer Services Pricing:

Remote fixes

We charge only £29.99 for remote fixes which is inclusive of up to 1 hours labour (90% of our calls are fixed within an hour of us logging onto your pc). Follow-on 30 min periods are charged @ £14.99

Our standard call-out fix is only £39.99

This is inclusive of up to 1 hour's labour and normally sufficient for most Computer upgrades, diagnostics & fixes. Follow-on 30 min periods are charged @ £14.99
(we can normally diagnose & fix most problems within 1-hour, unless parts are required). If you live outside a 15-mile radius of Belfast we charge only £4 per additional 10 miles.

Workshop Jobs

Some jobs require taking your PC back to our workshop, in these situations before proceeding, we can offer you a fixed "workshop-job-rate" which is very economical (or if you prefer we can just charge our standard hourly rate) . This way you know exactly how much it will cost to fix your pc (no matter how much time we spend on it). We will collect your PC and on job completion your PC will be returned to your home, reconnected and booted in your presence. If you prefer you can also drop the pc over to us.

Replacement Parts

If we diagnose that your system requires replacement parts, to get it operational again. We will advise you of the parts required and your options are:
1. Purchase them yourself and have us fit them for you.
2. We will source and purchase the parts from our suppliers and contacts within the industry, to find you the cheapest price and only charge you a finders fee.

Per job pricing

If you would prefer a fixed fee, we can quote you for a "per job rate". This ensures you know from the onset how much a repair job will cost regardless of the amount time taken.

No-Fix-No-Fee

Yes really, we offer a no-fix-no-fee service which applies if we are unable to diagnose and repair a fault (but then again, there probably isn't anything we can't fix). However, if a fault is diagnosed and you chose not to proceed with repair you will still be liable for the fees incurred up to that point - time is money.
